If you buy a painting which I have on stock, I post it between 1-2 workdays. The shipping time depends on your country, but it is approximately between 10-15 days. If you ordered custom-made painting, I need 10-15 days to paint it before shipping. I send the paintings in safe packaging, with free shipping and the fastest way it is possible. If you are not satisfied with your painting, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery. In this case the shipping fee is the customer’s cost. If I receive the paintings uninjured, I will refund the full price of the painting, or if you prefer I can exchange it for another one. In case of I receive the painting injured, the guarantee loses his validity and the customer is responsible for the loss of value.


